Finance Officer eligibility

  • Final CA, or serving/retired Bihar Government Accounts Services/Bihar Audit Service officer at Pay Level 12.
  • At least 15 years in a supervisory role involving audited accounts, tenders, budgets and compliance in a qualifying institution/entity.
  • Age must not exceed 62 years as on 14 August 2026.
  • Pay wording in the notice: ₹15,600–39,100 with ₹7,600 entry/grade pay.

Civil Engineer eligibility

  • BE/BTech in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved institute.
  • At least 15 years in government, university or public-sector building construction/maintenance.
  • Knowledge of estimates, BOQs, tenders, PWD/PWA codes, Bihar Financial Rules and relevant standards is required.
  • Age must not exceed 65 years as on 14 August 2026.
  • Monthly emoluments are negotiable, according to the notice.
